Delete your Drop account
Drop is operated by Resonance Ventures LLC. You can permanently delete your Drop account and associated data in either of these ways.
01In the Drop app
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account, review the deletion notice, and confirm.
02Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address associated with your Drop account. Include your Drop username if you know it.
For account security, we may ask you to confirm ownership. We will never ask for your password or verification code.
03What happens next
We delete or de-identify the personal information associated with the account within a reasonable period. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
