Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Resonance Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Drop," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Drop mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01Who can use Drop
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Drop, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Some events listed may have their own age requirements set by venues or organizers.
02What Drop is — and isn't
Drop is an event-discovery and social platform. We aggregate and display information about EDM concerts, festivals, and club nights, and we link you to official ticketing pages. Drop is not a ticket seller, box office, promoter, or event organizer. Ticket purchases happen on third-party sites such as Etix, under their terms. We are not responsible for ticket availability, pricing, fees, entry, cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds, which are handled by the ticketing provider, venue, or organizer.
03Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
04Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Drop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so we can operate it. You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Spam, scrape, or abuse the Service, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report content or block other users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.
05Event information accuracy
Event details are provided to us by ticketing partners and other sources and are shown on an "as available" basis. Information may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Always confirm details on the official ticketing or venue page before purchasing tickets or attending.
06Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on third parties, including Etix, Partnerize, venues, and our infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
07Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Resonance Ventures LLC and protected by law. Event content and marks displayed from ticketing partners remain the property of their respective owners and are shown under license or with attribution. You may not copy or reuse our materials without permission.
08Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will be accurate.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonance Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resonance Ventures LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
11Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
